Campaign Details

From 9 October 2019 until 30 April 2020 (Hong Kong time), eligible customers* pay for the current monthly service plan bill successfully via MyLink, will receive MyLink Points (the “Points”) in their MyLink accounts within three(3) to five (5) working days.

 

Remark:
*The MyLink First-time Payment Rewards in this Campaign is applicable to CMHK customers who have never settled bill payment via MyLink mobile application (“MyLink”) during the period from 1 October 2018 to 23 September 2019.
*Not applicable to customers who pay the bill via autopay; corporate registered customers (corporate staff excluded); and member cards or supplementary cards customers.

Terms and Conditions for "MyLink First-time Payment Rewards"

1. This Campaign is organized by China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”).
2. This Campaign shall commence from 24 September 2019 to 30 April 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
3. This Campaign is applicable to CMHK customers who have never settled bill payment via MyLink mobile application (“MyLink”) during the period from 1 October 2018 to 23 September 2019,excluding customers who pay the bill via autopay; corporate registered customers (corporate staff excluded); and member cards or supplementary cards customers(“Eligible Customers”).
4. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Customers are required to download and log into MyLink successfully.
5. During the Campaign Period, upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) successfully making a single payment or the amount over HKD 200 via MyLink, each Eligible Customer will receive 10,000 MyLink Points in his/her MyLink account (the “Points”); or (iii) successfully making a single payment for the amount from HKD 51 to HKD 200 via MyLink successfully, Eligible Customer will receive 5,000 MyLink Points in his/her MyLink account. Each Eligible Customer will receive MyLink Points in his/her MyLink account within five (5) working days.Each Eligible Customers shall only participate this campaign andreceive the Points once during the entire Campaign Period. The balance of MyLink points is available at “Me – My Points” in MyLink. During the Campaign, Eligible Customers can participate the "MyLink 888 Earn Points to get more rewards" upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) successfully making a single payment over HKD100 or a full payment for the current monthly service plan bill via MyLink, each Eligible Customer will receive 888 MyLink Points in his/her MyLink account within three (3) working days. Each Eligible Customer can only receive the Points once per day and can participate up to a total of four (4) times during the entire Campaign Period.
6. The Points earned in the Campaign: a. can only be applied towards the MyLink account to which the Points are awarded; b. have no cash value; and c. cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to anyone.
7. After earning the Points, Eligible Customers can redeem reward(s) at MyLink's “Member Center”. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of MyLink Points Program for further details.
8. The Points earned in the Campaign are allowed to be used together with other MyLink points awarded under other promotional campaigns or programmes and are valid until 31 December 2020. Redeemed points shall be deducted from the customer’s MyLink account of Eligible Customers.
9. Expired MyLink points are invalid and cannot be restored under any circumstance. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Customers to check and pay attention to the validity period of the MyLink points earned. CMHK isnot entitled to be respect for giving advance/subsequent notifications to the Eligible Customers with regard to the expiry date of their MyLink points. Eligible Customers can check the details of their MyLink points via MyLink.
10. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matter arising from or in connection with any delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by any Eligible Customer due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer,echnical or network problem.
11. Each Eligible Customer agrees to fully indemnify CMHK from and against any claim or claim arising out of any breach of laws, these Terms and Conditions or third party rights.
12. Each Eligible Customer is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any participant or any participant from receiving reward(s) without notice, reason or any liability to any person if CMHK suspects that any Eligible Customer may be (i) undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activity ;(ii) using any inappropriate method or committing any fraud to interrupt or interfere the operation of any part of the Campaign and causing any technical problem; or detect that the Eligible Customer(s) is/are (iii) conducting any dishonest act or providing any inaccurate or false information, (iv) breaching any of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law and regulation.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Eligible Customers participating in the Campaign agree that any litigation or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
14. CMHK reserves the right to alter any content of the Campaign, terminate the Campaign, and/or change, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. In case of any disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make the final decision.
16. CMHK employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
17. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
