From 29 September 2017 to 20 December 2017 (“the Promotion Period”), designated service plan customers who pay the monthly bill in full during the Promotion Period via Designated Online Bill Payment Methods for the first time* will be offered 10GB Full-Speed 4.5G+ Local Data Usage. Offer details are as follows:

during the Promotion Period will be entitled to bonus data usage.
Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the bonus data usage
for a maximum of four times via each Designated Online Bill
Payment Method.

(Eligible Customer will receive confirmation SMS within 2 working
days after bill payments. Bonus data usage awarded will be
distributed monthly to Eligible Customer starting from the next

+4.5G local data service is provided under CMHK 4.5G network. In those Hong Kong areas where the 4.5G networks are not available, CMHK will provide the service under 4G/3G/2G network. The use of designated handset model(s) or device(s) are required for using 4.5G network service. Actual network service will be subject to and affected by the service locations, network circumstance, network coverage, hardware, software and other factors. “First Time Online Bill Payment via CMHK APP or Designated Online Bill Payment Methods” Campaign (“this Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign shall commence from 29 September 2017 to 20 December 2017 (Hong Kong Time) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This Campaign is applicable only to designated service plan subscribers who make payment of bills via China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”) App, WeChat Pay, Alipay APP - Service Counter or Octopus Online Payment Service (“Designated Online Bill Payment Methods”) for the first time*, excluding subscribers of corporate service plans, member cards or supplementary cards and settlement payment via Direct Debit (“Eligible Customers”).

    * Subscribers who pay the monthly bill in full via Designated Online Bill Payment Methods Service for the first time are regarded as first-time bill payers.

    Subscribers are not eligible for this Campaign if they are using Direct Debit on the day of making payment, using Direct Debit settle the monthly service fees or cancel Direct Debit between 1 January 2017 and 20 December 2017.

  3. To be eligible for the relevant offer (“Offer”), Eligible Customers must successfully pay the full amount of the latest bills via Designated Online Bill Payment Methods within the Promotion Period. Relevant offer refers to a designated amount of bonus local data usage or a designated amount of cash rebate. For details, please refer to the table above. Upon successful payment, Eligible Customers will receive Offer with confirmation delivered via SMS. Offer received will be effective from the next bill month.
  4. Each Eligible Customer can be entitled to the Offer for a maximum of four times.
  5. The bonus local data usage awarded in the next bill month can be used in the current bill month only. Such bonus local data usage cannot be carried forward, sold or traded in 2cm exchange platform, exchanged for cash or other products and services.
  6. If the Eligible Customers changes to another inapplicable service plans; cancels the relevant service plan account of whatever reasons; or the relevant service plan is suspended/terminated for whatever reason before the Offers are fully rewarded, their eligibility of the Offers will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.
  7. The deduction priority will be given to the bonus local data usage in the current month. After such data usage is fully consumed, the thereafter data usage will be deducted from the service plan.
  8. Existing customers subscribing Lite Data, 42Mbps or 21Mbps service plan can enjoy 4.5G/4G data full speed with rewarded bonus data. After the rewarded bonus data is fully consumed, the data speed will resume to the original.
  9. Data service experience may be affected due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and/or other conditions which may arise.
  10. Offer in this Campaign can be used in conjunction with “First Time Online Bill Payment” Campaign but cannot be used in conjunction with “Prepayment” Campaign bill payment offers.
  11. CMHK reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change or terminate this Campaign and to revise any terms and conditions.
  12. Eligible Customer participating in this Campaign is deemed to have read and agreed these terms and conditions.
  13. In case of any dispute, CMHK reserves the right to make final decision.
