“Goodwill Program” Online Survey Reward (this “Reward”) Terms and Conditions
  1. This Reward commences from 1 November 2016 to 30 April 2017 (both days inclusive).
  2. Customer will be entitled to a $60 e-Coupon (“Coupon”) issued via email in the following month after completion and successful submission of survey.
  3. One survey for each overseas country visit only (excluding Mainland China). One Coupon for each submitted survey.
  4. Customer must fill in all information required and ensure the accuracy of the given information. Any inaccurate or missing information provided will result in forfeiture of a Customer’s eligibility to redeem Reward.
  5. Personal information provided by Customer in this Reward will be used for opinion survey analysis purpose and to keep contact with Customer. China Mobile Hong Kong Co., Ltd. (“CMHK”) shall keep all personal information confidential at all the times and shall destroy any personal data it may hold in accordance with its internal policy. Personal data will only be retained for as long as CMHK needs it unless the personal data is also retained to satisfy any applicable statutory or contractual obligations or for the purpose of investigation, detection and prosecution of crime. All requests for access to or correction of personal information, regarding policies and practices and types of personal information held should be addressed to:

  6. Coupon is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
  7. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by Customer due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems.
  8. CMHK reserves the right to amend or alter the above terms and conditions, as well as cancel or terminate this Reward without prior notice.
  9. Customer engaging in this Reward is deemed to have read and agreed the above terms and conditions.
  10. In case of any dispute, CMHK reserves the right to make final decision.
