  1. 1. China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”) is the organizer of the Campaign.
  2. 2. Save as provided in Clause 25, the Campaign is open to CMHK customers who are (i) natural persons, (ii) aged 18 or above, (iii) physically in Hong Kong at the time of participation, and (iv) holders of valid Hong Kong Identity Cards (“Eligible User(s)”).
  3. 3. By participating in the Campaign, each Eligible User is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (these “Terms and Conditions”).
  4. 4. Eligible User who joins the Campaign must have registered and signed up for a selected 24-month mobile service plan (the “Service Plan”), and to activate his/her account’s mobile service on or before 31 October 2019 at 23:59, otherwise will be disqualified from participation.
  5. 5. Eligible User who has registered the Service Plan is entitled to the below chance(s) of lucky draw:

  1. 6. The Campaign shall commence on 26 August 2019 at 00:00 until 31 October 2019 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be treated as invalid. CMHK’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Campaign.
  2. 7. Eligible User can potentially win a maximum of one (1) prize under this Campaign.
  3. 8. If any information provided by the Eligible User is found to be incomplete, misleading or inaccurate, that entry shall be deemed to be invalid. CMHK shall bear no responsibility if winners cannot receive winning notifications or cannot redeem the prize(s) due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided.
  4. 9. Winners agree and authorize CMHK to publish, display, or use their order numbers, part of their names and/or prize-winning photos and videos taken at the time of prize redemption for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes related to this lucky draw. Any refusal to the foregoing shall disqualify the winners ’entitlement to the prizes.
  5. 10. Eligible User must provide a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number carrying SMS function. If the registered mobile phone number does not carry SMS function or is not in use, invalid or has been changed at the time of prize redemption, the winner will be disqualified.
  6. 11. The notice of completion as well as the list of winners of the Campaign will be announced on CMHK’s website, MyLink App, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 15 November 2019.

  1. 12. Winners of the Flagship phone (2019), Samsung Galaxy S10+ (128GB), Apple iPad 10.2 Wi-Fi + Cellular (7th generation) (128GB), ONE Home Smart Wakeup Light and ONE Home Smart Humidifier must present their original identification documents with the redemption SMS to redeem the prize in person at CMHK Customer Center (Address: Rm 917-919, 9/F, Gala Place, 56 Dundas Street, Mongkok). Prize must be claimed by the date stated in the redemption SMS. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after the redemption period. Failing to provide the aforesaid information and document(s) during redemption shall disqualify the winners ’entitlement to the prizes.
  2. 13. The winners of the Flagship phone (2019), Samsung Galaxy S10+ (128GB), Apple iPad 10.2 Wi-Fi + Cellular (7th generation) (128GB) must agree to unpack and activate the handset at the time of prize redemption.
  3. 14. All photos, specifications and information of the Flagship phone (2019), Samsung Galaxy S10+ (128GB), Apple iPad 10.2 Wi-Fi + Cellular (7th generation) (128GB) provided are for references only. The actual/physical prizes shall be considered as final. If the Flagship phone (2019) has not been published by 23:59 31 Oct. 2019 (“Promotion Period”), Apple iPhone XS Max (256GB) will be regarded as the replacement without further notice.
  4. 15. The awarded MyLink Points will be issued to the corresponding winner’s MyLink App account within 7 days upon completion of the Campaign. The balance of MyLink Points is presented on the page of “Me – MyLink Member Center”.
  5. 16. The MyLink Points earned under this Campaign are valid until 30 June 2020.
  6. 17. All prizes cannot be re-sold, changed or exchanged to cash, credits or any other goods or services. They are non-replaceable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
  7. 18. CMHK makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, with respect to the prizes provided by third party suppliers. For any enquires or complaints relating to these prizes, please contact corresponding suppliers, CMHK accepts no liability or responsibility for any matters relating to the prizes including the quality of the prizes and/or services provided by the corresponding suppliers.
  8. 19. All prizes shall be subject to its terms and conditions of use, including but not limited to any expiration dates (if any) and all other terms and conditions of the corresponding suppliers. Any guarantees and warranties relating to the prizes (if any) are subject to the corresponding suppliers’ terms and conditions and winners agree to look solely to such suppliers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
  9. 20. Eligible Users agree that CMHK may collect, use and disclose their personal data for the purposes of administration of the Campaign, verification of identity at the time of prize redemption and other promotional purposes in such manner as set out in the General Personal Information Collection Statement (http://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/pics.html) and Privacy Policy Statement (http://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/privacy.html). If Eligible Users agree, the personal data will be used for promotional purposes.
  10. 21. CMHK shall not be responsible for any delayed, lost, wrong, or unrecognizable answer, entry or submission due to technical disruption or error, network congestions or any other reason. In the event of a dispute over any answer, entry or submission, CMHK’s decision shall be final.
  11. 22. Each Eligible User’s participation in the Campaign is voluntary and he/she agrees to participate in the Campaign at his/her own risk. CMHK shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, claims, proceedings (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) incurred or suffered by the Eligible User as a result of his/her participation in the Campaign.
  12. 23. Each Eligible User agrees to indemnify and hold CMHK harmless from all claims or demands in connection with his/her breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or his/her violation of any laws or rights of a third party.
  13. 24. CMHK has the discretion to disqualify and claim compensation from any Eligible User who CMHK, in its sole discretion, suspects (i) is undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activities, (ii) is using inappropriate method or committing fraud to interrupt operation and interfere any part of the Campaign, causing technical problems, or detects (iii) any dishonest conduct, false or inaccurate information provided or (iv) any breaches of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable laws or regulations, without notice or reason, and without any liability to any person.
  14. 25. Employees of CMHK are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  15. 26. All Eligible Users’ personal data collected in this Campaign will be used for the purpose of contacting and verifying identity of Eligible users and reward redemption. If users have provided personal data on MyLink and given consent to CMHK, personal data collected in MyLink will be used for communicating news, promotions and marketing activities purposes.   16. 27. In case of any dispute, the decision of CMHK shall be final and conclusive.
  17. 28. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the Eligible User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts for any actions or claims arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions.
  18. 29. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
