The “i愛你用戶端” Application is only available for users who apply for “366 Care Service VAS - Lite“ and with A1s Smartphone. Users can use this Application to call 366 Care Service Co., Ltd. 24-hour service hotline center and enjoy the emergency support services. In addition, designated friends and relatives can also install the "i愛你關愛端" application on mobile phones to view the approximate location of the user through the application.

Terms & Conditions for 366 Care Service VAS - Lite (“these T&C”)
Unless otherwise stated, for the purpose of these T&C:
(a)“366” means 366 Caring Services Company Limited.
(b)“CMHK” means China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited.
(c)“Hong Kong” means Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
(d)“Service” means the 24 hour emergency support services in Hong Kong, and the “iilink User” / “iilink Care” App (including updates and latest versions).
2. Contract Offer
(a)By accessing and/or using and/or subscribing the Service, you agree to all the provisions in these T&C and the terms and conditions of 366, which is available at https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/corporate_information/Data_N_VAS/366CareService/index.html and the terms and conditions of 366, which is available at http://www.366iilink.com/.
(b) Customers who sign up the Service for 24 consecutive months may obtain a complimentary A1s smartphone free of charge while stock lasts and on a first-come-first-served basis.
(c)The Service and A1s smartphone are provided and maintained directly by 366 as an independent service provider. You acknowledge and agree that CMHK is not in any way affiliated with 366. You acknowledge and agree that CMHK shall not be liable in any way for any goods, services, information and/or advice provided by 366.
(d)If Customer is not the end user of the Service, it is the responsibility of Customer to ensure that end user is aware of, understands and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
(e)The Service requires active air time and mobile data services (not included in the Service) to keep its normal operation.
(f)The Service is connected via the A1s smartphone. A 12-month limited manufacturer product warranty will be provided to the A1s smartphone by 366 from the date hereof. For details, please refer to http://www.366iilink.com/.
(a)The Service is provided on “as is” basis.
(b)CMHK makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements irrespective of whether CMHK has notice of your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
(c)CMHK assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, non-delivery or failure to store your communications or personalization settings.
(d)You agree to use the Service at your own risk. CMHK shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from your access to, or use of the Service.
(e)CMHK does not warrant that the location searching service can be successfully used in times of emergency. CMHK shall not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from or suffered in connection with the location searching service.
(f)Customer agrees to subscribe the Service via CMHK. Upon subscription of the Service, CMHK shall act as the billing agent to bill Customer for the use of the Service and shall receive from Customer the Monthly Fee for the Service.
(g)CMHK shall not be liable to you or any third parties in connection to the Service for loss of data, revenue, income, actual or anticipated profit and business, nor any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damages.
(h)As far as permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed HK$5,000 in any event.
(i)As far as permitted by law, CMHK disclaims any representation or warranty (whether express or implied as to the title, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantabilities, accuracy or standard of service) in relation to the Service.
CMHK may, with or without notice to you, limit or suspend the Service or any part thereof (i) to carry out system maintenance, upgrading, testing and/or repairs; or (ii) when you have breached any provision of these T&C; or (iii) when CMHK believes on reasonable grounds that you have breached any provision of these T&C.
You agree to indemnify CMHK against any actions, liabilities, costs, claims, losses and damages, proceedings and other expenses incurred by CMHK as a result of or in relation to your breach of any provision of these T&C.
(a)You agree to comply all the provisions set out in our General Personal Information Collection Statement and Personal Privacy Statement, which are available at https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/pics.html and https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/privacy.html.
(b)You agree and give consent to CMHK to provide information in relation to your mobile service to 366 in order to provide the Service. The customer information provided to 366 includes:
(i) The contact number;
(ii) Any mobile service activation, suspension, termination or reactivation; and
(iii) New mobile number(s) assigned in the event of any change of the mobile number.
(a)In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version of these T&C, the English version shall always prevail.
(b)CMHK reserves the right to change the provisions of these T&C at any time without prior notice. CMHK may post the latest T&C on CMHK’s website. Your continued use or access to the Service conclusively demonstrates your acceptance of these changes. All matters and disputes will be subject to CMHK’s system records and CMHK’s final decision.
(c)The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623) has no application under these T&C.
(d)In case any of the provision is, or found to be, unenforceable, that will not affect the enforceability of other provisions hereof.
(e)These T&C are governed and interpreted by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong in case of any disputes.
1. Application Enquiry
1.1 What are the eligibility criteria for application of 366 Care Service? Is it only applicable to a person aged 60 or above?
All interested person are welcome to apply for the service.
1.2 How to register for the service?
Customer will receive a telephone return-visit on the next business day. The telephone return-visit number is 3913 5888 (avoid phone fraud). The service will be activated next business day after information verified.
2. Use and Operation Enquiry
2.1 What is the basic requirement of 366 Care Service Service?
User should have a A1s Smartphone, Child user should have a Smart Phone. The application is Android or Apple iOS 9.0 or above.
2.2 Can 366 Care Service for indoor use?
366 Care Service can use for indoor and/ or outdoor.
2.3 Will 366 Intelligent Caring Service still function if the A1s Smartphone’s battery runs out or switch-off?
If the A1s Smartphone’s battery runs out or switch-off, 366 Care Service cannot be used. So, user must make sure the battery is fully charged.
2.4 Is there any contingency arrangement under severe weather conditions?
Our 24-hour call center will operate as usual under severe weather conditions, Including public holidays, suspension of any tropical cyclone warning or typhoon signal, red or black rainstorm warning.
2.5 What languages will be supported other than Cantonese?
366 Caring Service Ambassador(s) is fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese. They can communicate with user effectively and appropriately.
2.6 Can I use 366 Care Services out of Hong Kong?
No. It is restricted to use within the Hong Kong Special Administration Region.
2.7 Can I use 366 Care Service if my mobile account suspended?
Customer is unable to dial service hotline if mobile account suspended.
2.8. If terminate the 366 Care Service, do A1s Smartphone needs to be returned?
After the expiration of the 12/24-month contract period, A1s Smartphone does not need to be returned.
3. Functions Enquiry
3.1、What type of SIM card does your A1s Smartphone support?
a. For the A1s Smartphone supports micro SIM.
b. SIM card needs to open GSM (2.5G) data network, SMS and caller ID function, about 30M per month under normal use (depending on usage);
3.2、How to download APP?
You can search “i愛你關愛端” from Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the APP. You may also download「i愛你關愛端」 from: Weixin: i愛你
3.3、If I need to add more than one device user, where to add it?
“i愛你保鈴安” APP : You can click the “+” in the upper right corner of “Device Information” in the “Function Settings” of the APP to fill in the information and then add it. “i愛你關愛端” App: You can add the information after filling in the information on the "+" of the APP homepage.
3.4、A1s Smartphone products can be guaranteed?
One-year maintenance period: Customers can apply for free repair and replacement services in person at the association.
No free repair and replacement services are available.
