  1. No matter where the customer is located, if the customer has activated "All Call Forwarding" function, all incoming calls to his/her Mainland China number will require an additionalcharge of "Receiving incoming call by Mainland China Number in Hong Kong"; likewise all incoming calls to Macau CTM number will require an additional charge of "Receiving incoming call by Macau CTM number in Hong Kong".
  2. International Call Forward Service" is required if customer wants to forward calls to non Hong Kong numbers.

  • When customer switches off the handset in Mainland China (applicable to "Mainland China 1-Card-Multi-Number" customer) and/or Macau (applicable to "Macau 1-Card-Multi-Number"customer), all incoming calls to the Hong Kong number will be diverted to the Voice Mail without additional charge.
  • When a "Mainland China 1-Card-Multi-Number"/ "Macau 1-Card-Multi-Number"customer is located in a non "Mainland China 1-Card-Multi-Number"/ non Macau 1-Card-Multi-Number region, all incoming calls to the customer's Mainland China number / Macau CTM number will be diverted to Voice Mail automatically if the customer switched off his/her handset. An additional charge of "Receiving incoming call by Mainland China number in Hong Kong" /"Receiving incoming call by Macau CTM number in Hong Kong" will be applied.
  • Besides entering a specific forwarded number, customer can forward incoming calls to the Voice Mail in 1-Card-Multi-Number region by activating any of the above call forwarding functions, using the Voice Mail Number "62386238" as the [Hong Kong number] (Call Forwarding service is required in order to use this setting, and the corresponding charges mentioned in the table above will be applied).
  •  In "1-Card-Multi-Number"regions, customer can retrieve voice message by dialing +85292089218 and entering the Hong Kong Mobile Number and password (default password is "0000"). Charges will be the same as "Making outgoing call to Hong Kong in 1-Card-Multi-Number regions".

Incoming calls to customer's Mainland China Number/ Macau CTM Number will be forwarded to Voice Mail/ SMS secretarial centre automatically if the customer is located in Hong Kong and is unavailableto receive the call. An additional charge of "Receiving incoming call by Mainland China number in Hong Kong"/ "Receiving incoming call by Macau CTM number in Hong Kong" will be applied.
  4. When customers are in Mainland China or Macau, any incoming calls to the Mainland China or Macau number cannot be diverted to SMS secretarial centre.
     
"1-Card-Multi-Number" Service Terms and Conditions
  1. “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” (1CMN Service) is provided by China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (“CMHK”). Customer can use the local mobile number provided by CMHK, the “Mainland China number” provided by China Mobile Communication Corporation (“CMCC”) and the “Macau number” provided by Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau S.A.R.L. (“CTM”). “Mainland China number” shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Mainland China laws and regulations or any relevant policies and relevant Terms and Conditions of CMCC (including but not limited to the rights of termination and/ or suspension of that Mainland China number); “Macau number” shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Macau laws and regulations or any relevant policies and relevant Terms and Conditions of CTM (including but not limited to the rights of termination and/ or suspension of that Macau number). If any disputes of the use of Mainland China number or Macau number arisen, Customer should contact the number provider by himself/ herself, CMHK shall not be held liable.
  2. The use (and/or continued use) of the Mainland China mobile number(s) is subject to the successful registration of real name registration (“the Registration”) as required by the authorities of Mainland China , as well as other laws, rules and regulations of Mainland China. The Registration is subject to the approval of the authorities of Mainland China and CMHK does not warrant that the Registration will be successful. Customer understands and agrees that notwithstanding any contrary provisions in the agreement(s) for the Services or VAS, his or her Mainland China mobile number may be discontinued at any time without any compensation if he or she fails to complete the Registration timely or if the Registration is not successful.
  3. Once the 1CMN Service is activated, "IDD Service - Hong Kong IDD001 & Mainland China Roaming IDD Service" and "International Roaming Service - Voice only" will also be activated automatically (not applicable to existing customers already subscribed to International Roaming Service). Customer agrees to terms and conditions herein contained together with the terms and conditions for “IDD service” and “International Roaming Service” of CMHK.     . If Customer cancels the 1CMN Service, "IDD Service - Hong Kong IDD001 & Mainland China Roaming IDD Service" and "International Roaming Service - Voice only” will also be cancelled automatically.
  4. Customer hereby expressly acknowledges that in the event that 1CMN Service is being terminated or suspended for whatever reason, normal roaming tariff at the prevailing rate will be applied for all roaming services used.
  5. Once the 1CMN Service is activated, Customer is entitled to enjoy CMHK’s “Hong Kong Ringback Tone Service” for free. This free offer will be forthwith terminated if the 1CMN Service is for any reason cancelled, suspended or terminated and CMHK’s “Hong Kong Ringback Tone Service” shall forthwith become chargeable at CMHK then prevailing rate until notice to terminate such service is served by the Customer.
  6. The roaming tariff of 1CMN Service is only applicable to the designated 1CMN regions include Macau and all provinces in Mainland China but not Taiwan (“1CMN Region”). When Customer is located at any region outside the signal-receiving scope of 1CMN Region, normal roaming tariff will be applied.     . The signal-receiving scope of 1CMN Region is subject to the traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and/or other conditions which may arise. In the event that roaming signal is connected to any telecommunication networks that are outside the 1CMN Region, customer shall be solely responsible for all extra roaming charges incurred. CMHK will not assume any liability for the extra expenses caused.
  7. 1CMN Service includes voice call and SMS services only. Mainland China mobile number will be shown on all outgoing calls made in Mainland China and Hong Kong mobile number will be shown on all SMS sent irrespective of the territory under the 1CMN Service.   1. Customer shall be solely responsible for all additional charges applied to any add-on services directly made with CMCC or CTM to the “Mainland China number” or “Macau number” provided under the 1CMN Service.
  2. Under no circumstances shall CMHK, CMCC and CTM be responsible for any loss and damage (direct or consequential) or claims arising or resulting from the use of the 1CMN Service, wheresoever or howsoever used. Customers shall at all times remain liable for all costs and charges incurred or in connection with the 1CMN Service and all consequences resulting therefrom irrespective of whether the Customer or any third party has any knowledge of or authorized the use of such service.
  3. Customer who has subscribed for 1CMN Service for use in Mainland China/ Macau may only use such “Mainland China Number” and/or “Macau Number” as shall be assigned by the network partners of CMHK in the 1CMN Region and is not permitted to use any other number including any ported-in number (if applicable) as the “Mainland China Number” and/or “Macau Number” under the 1CMN Service. If at any time Customer unilaterally terminates the “Macau Number” so assigned under the 1CMN Service, such Macau number shall be surrendered and returned to CTM. If at any time Customer unilaterally terminates the “Mainland China Number” so assigned under the 1CMN Service, such Mainland China number shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC.
  4. If Customer requests a change of “Mainland China Number” and/or “Macau Number” under the 1CMN Service, and such request is accepted by CMCC or CTM, a handling charge will be levied whereupon the original “Mainland China Number” and/or “Macau Number” shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC and CTM respectively.
  5. If Customer demands or requests porting of the Hong Kong Number to another mobile operator, the 1CMN Service will be forthwith terminated whereupon the original “Mainland China Number” and/or “Macau Number” shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC and CTM respectively.
  6. Any request of re-allocation of the previously surrendered and returned Mainland China Number to CMCC will be subject to CMCC’s entire discretion.
  7. Under no circumstances shall CMHK and CMCC be responsible for any loss and damage (direct or consequential) or claims arising or resulting from the surrendering and returning of Mainland China number under the 1CMN Service, wheresoever or howsoever used.
  8. Customer acknowledges that the quality of the value-added services provided during roaming may be subject to the Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and/or other conditions which may arise.
  9. Customer subscribed to CMHK’s “Mainland China Roaming Package” cannot also subscribe to the 1CMN Service at the same time. However, Customers who have already subscribed to the “Mainland China Roaming Package” may switch to 1CMN Service provided that all terms and conditions applicable to the “Mainland China Roaming Package" be complied with. In this case, any remaining minimum service period covered by the “Mainland China Roaming Package” will be transferred to the 1CMN Service.
  10. This Supplementary Agreement is an inseparable and integral part of the “The (General) Contract for Telecommunications Services”.
  11. CMHK reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, relevant service details and right of charging contained in this Agreement, the “International Call Service” Agreement and the “International Roaming Service” Agreement without prior notice.
  12. By subscribing to the 1CMN Service, Customer agrees to accept and bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.
  13. In case of any dispute, CMHK reserves the right to make final decision.
  14. Customer may terminate the 1CMN Service on a temporary basis; however, Customer is obliged to pay all relevant monthly service fees and adhere to the terms and conditions herein contained during any such period.
  15. In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
1-Card-Multi-Number CMCC Number Bundle Agreement Terms and Conditions (New Customer no longer accepted)
  1. This Bundle Agreement is a supplemental agreement to the “1-Card-Multi-Number” Service (“1CMN” Service) and an inseparable and integral part of the Terms and Conditions contained therein.
  2. By subscribing to the 1CMN Service, Customer hereby expressly authorizes China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (“CMHK”) to bundle the Mainland China Number* and the Hong Kong Number together with the services thereof in one SIM card provided by CMHK (“Bundling”). * (The Mainland China Number should be originally allocated by China Mobile Communication Corporation (“CMCC”) who is also the service provider for such number)
  3. Upon successful Bundling pursuant to clause 2 of this Agreement,
  4. 3.1 the provision of services in relation to both the Mainland China Number and Hong Kong Number respectively will be operated by CMHK;

    3.2 Customer voluntarily gives up all remaining value (if any) in the account of the Mainland China Number upon Bundling and such remaining value shall be absolutely forfeited without any compensation to the Customer. Under no circumstances shall CMHK be held responsible or liable for such forfeiture;

    3.3 with the exception that service charges and dues (including prepayment) owing to the Mainland China Number prior to or in the month of which the Bundling takes place will be billed and charged by CMCC directly, all service charges and dues incurred under the 1CMN Service shall be billed and charged by CMHK on a monthly basis whereupon the Customer shall effect prompt and punctual payment;

    3.4 if at any time any outstanding service fees or charges remain payable after the same shall become due, the 1CMN Service will be suspended until full settlement; and

    3.5 all service charges and dues (including prepayment) owing to the Mainland China Number incurred prior to or in the month of which the Bundling takes place must be settled in full upon billing due date, failing which CMCC shall have the right to terminate all service provided under the Mainland China Number and claim all damages suffered by CMCC as result of such non-payment. Under no circumstances shall CMHK be held responsible or liable for any such termination or claims by CMCC.

  5. If Customer unilaterally terminates the 1CMN Service for any reason, which include the circumstances as set out in clause 6 of this Agreement, all pre-paid and already paid service fees under the 1CMN Service shall be forfeited.
  6. Customer acknowledges that if the Bundling is for any reason unsuccessful,

    5.1 CMHK shall have the rights to terminate the 1CMN Service with notice and continue to provide services only for the Hong Kong Number upon which terms and conditions contained in “The (General) Contract for Telecommunications Services” thereon in respect of the HK Number shall remain effective and binding. CMCC and/or CMHK shall have the right to claim from the Customer full payment of all outstanding service charges and dues, if any, on the Mainland China Number;

    5.2 Customer shall inform CMHK within 3 days if Bundling become unsuccessful due to a demand made by the Customer to change the Mainland China Number under the 1CMN Service. On receiving such demand, CMHK may at its entire discretion and without obligation to disclose the final result of such demand, to request CMCC to arrange for another Mainland China Number to be allocated in accordance with the same terms and conditions herein contained; and

    5.3 under no circumstances shall CMHK be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages, arising out of any unsuccessful Bundling.

  7. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Bundling will be unsuccessful under the following circumstances (non-exhaustive list), in which case Customer shall be required to approach CMCC directly. In no way shall CMHK or CMCC be held liable for such unsuccessful Bundling,

    6.1 the Mainland China Number has been suspended by CMCC before Bundling is contemplated; or

    6.2 the Mainland China Number has been logged out from CMCC database before Bundling is contemplated; or

    6.3 if any outstanding service fees or charges of the Mainland China Number under the CMCC accounting record remain payable after the same shall become due; or

    6.4 the Mainland China Number has been allocated to CMHK or all other operators except CMCC; or

    6.5 if CMCC is of the opinion that the information provided by Customer in respect of the Mainland China Number is inaccurate; or

    6.6 the Mainland China Number was not registered with the Guangdong CMCC at the time of Bundling.

  8. The Mainland China Number will be subject to forfeiture at any time if it is in the reasonable opinion of CMCC or CMHK that the declaration made by the Customer during the registration of the Mainland China Number under the 1CMN Service is false or untrue. Under no circumstances shall CMCC or CMHK be held responsible or liable for any loss arising from such forfeiture.
  9. In case of doubt or discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
