§This Campaign commences from Hong Kong time 16 May 2019 to 31 Jul 2019. Referrers must be existing service plan customers of China Mobile Hong Kong Co., Ltd. Referrer and referee cannot be identical person. Each existing service plan customer (on HKID card basis) is entitled to 10 referral quotas. Referee is required to subscribe designated service plan for 24-month. Both referrer and referee can enjoy 10,000 MyLink Points. MyLink Points will be credited to the referrer and referee’s MyLink account within 7 days upon service activated successfully. MyLink Points will be expired on 30 Jun 2020. Customers can redeem reward(s) before expiry date with the credited Points by login to MyLink App at “Member Center” page. Terms and Conditions:

  1. Basic monthly fee of each of the above service plans are: 6GB : $508, 10GB : $708, 20GB : $808 respectively. Special monthly fee on 12-month are: 6GB : $418, 10GB : $618, 20GB : $718 respectively. Special monthly fee on 24-month are: 6GB : $398, 10GB : $598, 20GB : $698 respectively. Customers are required to pay an additional MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License & Administration Fees of $18 per month.
  2. When the monthly Data Usage is used up (included the accumulated data usage of main SIM and supplementary SIM), customers can purchase Extra Full Speed Data Usage to continue using the data service in Greater China regions without any speed control. In Global regions, customers can purchase extra data within the bill month based on their needs to continue using the data service. Otherwise, the data service in Global regions will be suspended until the next bill month. The extra data purchased can only be consumed in the current bill month.
  3. VoLTE service & VoWi-Fi service do not deduct any local data usage, it only charges the local airtime or local video call airtime. The service requires supported handset & software, please visit here.
  4. Local video calls can only be used via 3G network mode.
  5. CMHK reserves the rights to change the service fee for each supplementary SIM & the maximum number of supplementary SIM; the changes will be announced from time to time on CMHK website. Supplementary SIM card users are required to pay local Wi-Fi service separately.
  6. Supplementary SIM Card does not support voice call function & Data Roaming service.
  7. Five day free Data Roaming Zone is applicable to Zone B & C (whichever daily charge is higher) and only applicable to the current bill month, the remaining quota (if applicable) cannot be carried forward to the next bill month. For details of Data Roaming Zone , please click here. Apart from these terms and conditions, customers further agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the Data Roaming Zone.
  8. Only applicable to new customers who subscribe to a designated “Supreme” - Global Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB for 24 months, customers can enjoy this Offer. Each customer can enjoy this Offer once only. This Offer valid until July 31, 2019.
  9. If customers cannot port-in successfully, customers are required to pay the total amount for the remaining months of the Minimum Service Period (i) Monthly fee for service plan after tariff discount, (ii) MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License & Administration Fees and (iii) Plaza Premium Lounge Access Passes Fee (Standard Price $580/pass) to CMHK. MNP customers shall successfully porting-in to the CMHK network within 120 days upon signing the contract.
  10. Plaza Premium Lounge Access Pass in Physical Version or Digital Version entitled by this Offer is valid until December 31, 2019 and October 31, 2020 respectively. (each Access Pass is entitled to a single use of three hours' Plaza Premium Lounge service for a single person). Customers can log in MyLink App and go to “Me” and “My Reward” to access and use the Digital Access Passes within a month after successful subscription. This Offer cannot be redeemed for cash under all circumstances. CMHK accepts no liability for any dispute arising from the Plaza Premium Lounge Access Passes. Plaza Premium Lounge Access Passes are only available while stocks last.
  11. Customers can enjoy an elevated lounge experience in Plaza Premium First by redeeming 2 Plaza Premium Lounge Access Passes . This redemption service is applicable to Access Pass in both Physical Version and Digital Version. The validity period of this redemption service is same as Access Passes.

  13. New customers who successfully subscribe the service plan above for 12/24 months can enjoy free "1-Card-Multi-Number" Service in China ($18/month) within contract period.
  14. For details of Mainland China "1-Card-Multi-Number" Value-added Service, please click here. Apart from these terms and conditions, customers further agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the Mainland China "1-Card-Multi-Number" Value-added Service.
  15. IDD Greater China 100 min Package is only applicable to make IDD calls via IDD001 or IDD1597 Service from Hong Kong to Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan. The Package is not available while customers are roaming abroad. Any remaining free airtime of The Package cannot be carried forward to subsequent months. Any extra airtime will be charged according to standard IDD001 or IDD1597 service tariff.
  16. Once the Service is activated, "IDD Service - HKIDD001” will also be activated automatically. Customer shall be deemed to read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions herein contained together with the terms and conditions for “IDD service- HKIDD001” of CMHK.   • Data usage is not applicable to 2cm exchange platform.
  • For if subscribers terminate the contract during the minimum contract period, subscribers are required to pay the liquidated damage as stated on the contract to China Mobile Hong Kong.
  • If the customers choose Mainland China "1-Card-Multi-Number" Value-added Service, the service can be used after the completion of real name registration.
  • Free Call Management VAS Fee: Call forward package, calling number display, basic voice mailbox, call waiting & call hold, conference call, incoming/outgoing call barring and bar incoming call (when overseas).
  • Local data service is provided under CMHK 4.5G network. In those Hong Kong areas where the 4.5G networks are not available, CMHK will provide the service under 4G/3G/2G network. The use of designated handset model(s) or device(s) are required for using 4.5G network service, please click here to check devices supporting 4.5G. Actual network service will be subject to and affected by the service locations, network circumstance, network coverage, hardware, software and other factors. For details, please click here. Unless otherwise specified on the CMHK website, data roaming service will be provided under 3G/2G network. For more information, please visit here. The use of compatible handset or device that supports 4G network service is required.   • Upon arrival in designated countries / regions, the handset will automatically search for and lock up the local network operators that belong to CMHK’s roaming partners for the use of data roaming service.
  • When using data roaming service in non-designated destinations (including maritime roaming, aerial roaming and satellite roaming service), standard data roaming charges or “Data Roaming Zone” (if applicable) charges will apply.
  • Data roaming usage shall not be applicable to usage on tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) upload and download, including Bit-Torrent etc.
  • Customers may subscribe Multi-SIM Sharing Service at additional cost, nevertheless, the Supplementary SIM provided under the Multi-SIM Sharing Service will not support data roaming service.
  • Existing customers are required to complete the switching procedure at the time of service plan upgrade (if applicable),the Supplementary SIM of the original service plan will be switched to the new service plan and data roaming service will cease to be available to the Supplementary SIM.
