  1. No matter where the customer is located, if the customer has activated "All Call Forwarding" function, all incoming calls to his/her Mainland number will require an additionalcharge of "Receiving incoming call by Mainland Number in Hong Kong"; likewise all incoming calls to Macau CTM number will require an additional charge of "Receivingincoming call by Macau CTM number in Hong Kong".
  2. International Call Forward Service" is required if customer wants to forward calls to non Hong Kong numbers.
  • * When customer switches off the handset in Mainland China (applicable to "China 1-Card-Multi-Number" customer) and/or Macau (applicable to "Macau 1-Card-Multi-Number"customer), all incoming calls to the Hong Kong number will be diverted to the Voice Mail without additional charge.
  • When a "China 1-Card-Multi-Number"/ "Macau 1-Card-Multi-Number"customer is located in a non "China 1-Card-Multi-Number"/ non Macau 1-Card-Multi-Number region, all incoming calls to the customer's Mainland number / Macau CTM number will be diverted to Voice Mail automatically if the customer switched off his/her handset. An additional charge of "Receiving incoming call by Mainlandnumber in Hong Kong" /"Receiving incoming call by Macau CTM number in Hong Kong" will be applied.
  • Besides entering a specific forwarded number, customer can forward incoming calls to the Voice Mail in 1-Card-Multi-Number region by activating any of the above call forwarding functions, using the Voice Mail Number "62386238" as the [Hong Kong number] (Call Forwarding service is required in order to use this setting, and the corresponding charges mentioned in the table above will be applied).
  •  In "1-Card-Multi-Number"regions, customer can retrieve voice message by dialing +85292089218 and entering the Hong Kong Mobile Number and password (default password is "0000"). Charges will be the same as "Making outgoing call to Hong Kong in 1-Card-Multi-Number regions".
  1. Incoming calls to customer's Mainland Number/ Macau CTM Number will be forwarded to Voice Mail automatically if the customer is   located in Hong Kong and is unavailableto receive the call. An additional charge of "Receiving incoming call by Mainland number in Hong Kong"/ "Receiving incoming call by Macau CTM number in Hong Kong" willbe applied.

Terms and Conditions

  1.  “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” is jointly provided by China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (“CMHK”), China Mobile Communication Corporation (“CMCC”) and Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau S.A.R.L. (“CTM”).
  2. In consideration of Customer’s subscribing for “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” and paying the service fee from time to time prescribed by CMHK, subject to the terms and conditions as contained in this Supplementary Agreement, CMHK agrees to provide the subscribed “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” jointly with CMCC and CTM.
  3. The “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” may be temporarily de-activated upon Customer's request provided that all terms and conditions as set out in this Supplementary Agreement shall remain applicable to and binding on the Customer and Customer shall remain liable to pay all monthly service charges for the Service Plan regardless of the status of the service, activated or deactivated.
  4. To be eligible for subscribing for “1-Card-Multi-Number Service”, Customer will be required to subscribe for CMHK’s “IDD Service” / “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” and “Roaming Service” at the same time, and to enter into the relevant supplementary agreements from time to time prescribed by CMHK therefore. In any event, neither CMHK nor any network partners (CMCC & CTM) shall be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage, consequential or direct, suffered or arising from any disputes or litigations in connection with the deactivation of “1-Card-Multi-Number Service”, CMHK’s “IDD Service’’ / “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” and/or ‘‘Roaming Service”.
  5. Customer hereby expressly acknowledges that in the event of the 1CMN Service being for whatever reasons and however terminated or suspended, normal roaming tariff at the prevailing rate will be charged to and payable by the Customer, even in the 1CMN service regions. Under no circumstances shall CMHK shall be held responsible or liable for any such charges nor shall CMHK have any obligation or duty to inform Customer of the imposition of the normal roaming tariff.
  6. China “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” and CMHK’s “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” should co-exist. Customer who subscribes for China “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” are at the same time deemed to have agreed to subscribe for CMHK’s “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” subject to the prevailing terms and conditions. If the China “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” is for any reason cancelled, suspended or terminated, CMHK’s “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” will be cancelled, suspended and terminated automatically without notice or compensation to Customer and in such circumstances theCustomer shall have no right to claim against CMCC, CTM or CMHK for any loss or damages as a result of the cancellation, suspension or termination or otherwise.
  7. By subscribing for “1-Card-Multi-Number Service”, Customer is entitled to enjoy CMHK’s “Hong Kong Ringback Tone Service” for free. This free offer will be forthwith terminated if the “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” is for any reason cancelled, suspended or terminated and CMHK’s “Hong Kong Ringback Tone Service” will forthwith become chargeable at CMHK then prevailing rate.
  8. The ‘‘1-Card-Multi-Number Service’’ roaming tariff from time to time published by CMHK shall only be applicable to the usage within the ‘‘1-Card-Multi-Number Service Regions” only. Depending on the range of partner (that is, CMCC, CTM) networks’ signal coverage, ‘‘1-Card-Multi-Number Service Regions” means Macau and Mainland China. Roaming at any places outside the ‘‘1-Card-Multi-Number Service Regions” will be charged at the prevailing normal international roaming tariff. In addition, the ‘‘1-Card-Multi-Number Service’’ only includes voice and SMS services, so if Customer subscribes for other services on the CMHK Mobile Number, “China Number” and/or ‘‘Macau Number” than the ‘‘1-Card-Multi-Number Service’’, Customer shall bear all costs and charges incurred therefor or associated therewith at the prevailing tariff.
  9. Under no circumstances shall CMHK, CMCC and CTM be responsible for any loss and damage (direct or consequential) or claims arising or resulting from the use of “1-Card-Multi-Number Service”, wheresoever or howsoever used. Customers shall at all times remain liable for all costs and charges incurred or in connection with the
    “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” and all consequences resulting therefrom irrespective of whether the Customer or any third party has any knowledge of or authorized the use of such service.
  10. CMHK reserves the right to vary or amend the service fee/tariff and scope of “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” and any of the terms and conditions herein contained.
  11. Customer who has subscribed for “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” for use in Macau may only use such ‘‘Macau Number” as shall be assigned by the network partners of CMHK in the “1-Card-Multi-Number Regions” and is not permitted to use any other number including any ported-in number (if applicable) as the “Macau Number” for the “1-Card-Multi-Number Service”. If at any time Customer unilaterally terminates “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” the “Macau Number” so assigned shall be forthwith surrendered and returned to CTM.
  12. Customer who has subscribed for “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” for the PRC may only use such “China Number” as shall be assigned by the network partners of
    CMHK or such other China Mobile number as brought in by the Customer as the China Number in the “1-Card-Multi-Number Regions”. If at any time Customer
    unilaterally terminates “1-Card-Multi-Number Service”, the “China Number” shall be forthwith surrendered and returned to CMCC.
  13. The assigned “China Number” and/ or “Macau Number” are not transferable or portable (even applicable) by the Customer subscribing for “1-Card-Multi-Number
    Service”.
  14. If Customer demands or requests a change of “China Number” and/or “Macau Number”, and if the change is accepted by CMCC or CTM, a handling charge will be
    levied whereupon the original “China Number” and/or “Macau Number” shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC and CTM respectively.
  15. If Customer demands or requests a porting of the HK Number to another operator, the 1-Card-Multi-Number Service will be forthwith terminated whereupon the
    original “China Number” and/or “Macau Number” shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC and CTM respectively.
  16. Customer acknowledges that the CMHK has been duly authorized by CMCC/CTM to collect all charges and fees in respect the “China Number” and/or “Macau Number” respectively in the course of CMCC/CTM providing 1-Card-Multi-Number service. All such fees or charges due will be shown on CMHK’s invoice for payment by Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions herein contained in the General Contract.
  17. The provision of roaming-related value-added services will be dependent on the extent of support available from local network operator.
  18. Customers cannot subscribe for CMHK’s “China Roaming Package” and “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” for the PRC at the same time. Customers who have already subscribed for “China Roaming Package” may switch to “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” for the PRC instead, provided that all terms and conditions applicable to the “China Roaming Package", including the “Minimum Service Period” and “Applicable Service Plans”, shall remain applicable to the “1-Card-Multi-Number Service” for the PRC and that Customer remains liable to pay the relevant Liquated Damages as specified in the “China Roaming Package” Supplementary Agreement.
  19. This Supplementary Agreement is an inseparable and integral part of the “The (General) Contract for Telecommunications Services” (“General Contract”) containing the Terms and Conditions which the Customer has executed in respect of the service plan (“Service Plan”) he/she has subscribed and that the terms and conditions herein contained shall be construed and read in conjunction with those contained in the General Contract.
  20. This Supplementary Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR and parties shall submit themselves to the
    non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement of all disputes.

1-Card-Multi-Number CMCC Number Bundle Agreement

Terms and Conditions

  1. Customer hereby expressly authorizes China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (“CMHK”) to bundle the China Number* and the HK Number and the services thereof in one SIM card issued by CMHK by way of providing the 1CMN Service with effect from “the Request Cut-over Time”.
    * The China Number should be originally allocated by China Mobile Communication Corporation (“CMCC”) and the mobile service is provided by CMCC upon application for bundle the above mentioned services.

  2. Upon the China Number and HK Number being bundled pursuant to this Agreement successfully,
  • only voice & SMS services are available on the China Number provided that if Customer subscribes for or retains China Number services outside this range a separate charge will be payable;
  • the provision of services in relation to the China Number and HK Number, once bundled, will be operated through and by CMHK respectively;
  • Customer voluntary give up the remaining value, if any, of and in the China Number while customer voluntary to bundle the China Number successfully; the remaining value shall be absolutely forfeited and be non-refundable to the Customer without any compensation under no circumstances shall CMHK and CMCC be held responsible or liable for any such forfeiture;
  • with the exception of the payment and dues (including prepayment) in respect of the China Number only incurred or accrued prior to, or, in the month of, China Number and HK Number being accepted for bundling pursuant hereto which will be billed and charged by CMCC directly, all service charges and payments incurred in or accrued on the bundled China Number and HK Number by way of the 1CMN Service shall be billed and charged to the Customer by CMHK on a monthly basis whereupon the Customer shall effect prompt and punctual payment;
  •  if at any time there are any service fees or charges which remain payable after the same shall become due, the 1CMN Service will be liable to be suspended until full settlement; and
  • all service charges and dues (including prepayment) on the China Number incurred or accrued prior to, or, in the month of, the bundling being successful will be immediately payable, regardless of the normal billing date, which must be settled in full by Customer forthwith, failing which CMCC shall have the right to terminate all service under the China Number and claim all damages suffered by CMCC as result of such non-payment; under no circumstances shall CMHK be held responsible or liable for any termination or claims by CMCC.
  1. In the event that the bundling of the China Number and HK Number is for any reason unsuccessful,
  • CMHK will be entitled to by notice to Customer terminate the 1CMN Service and this Agreement altogether and continue to provide service for the HK Number in respect of which the General Contract in respect of the HK Number shall remain effective and binding on parties but without prejudice to the right of CMCC and/or CMHK to claim from Customer full payment of all outstanding service charges and dues, if any, on the China Number;
  • if the Customer opts to keep 1CMN Service in respect of another China Number, Customer shall inform CMHK of this option within 3 days of being notified by CMHK that the bundling of the China Number and HK Number was not unsuccessful. On receiving such request, CMHK may at its entire discretion and without obligation to disclose the reason for withholding or conceding, request CMCC to arrange for another China Number to be allocated for bundling with the HK Number in accordance with the same terms and conditions as herein contained; and
  • Under no circumstances shall CMHK be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages, arising out of the unsuccessful bundling
  • of the China Number or any China Number with HK Numbers.
  1.  If Customer for any reason unilaterally terminates the 1CMN Services provided under this Agreement or the HK Number under General Contract at any time after the China Number and HK Number have been successfully bundled pursuant to this Agreement, in addition to those contained in Clause 7 hereof, all service fees as well as prepayments, if any, already paid for the 1CMN Services or HK Number under the General Contract will be forfeited immediately and become non-refundable.
  2. Customer hereby expressly acknowledges that in the event of the 1CMN Service being for whatever reasons and howsoever terminated or suspended, normal roaming tariff at the then prevailing rate will be charged to and payable by the Customer, even in the 1CMN service regions. Under no circumstances shall CMHK shall be held responsible or liable for any such charges nor shall CMHK have any obligation or duty to inform Customer of the imposition of the normal roaming tariff.
  3. Customer further acknowledges that the bundling of CMCC-HK Number will not be successful under any of the following circumstances (which are not exhaustive), in which case Customer shall be required to approach CMCC directly and in no way shall this be CMHK’s or CMCC’s responsibility:
  •  wrong password of China Number provided by Customer; or
  • the China Number suspended by CMCC database before bundling is contemplated; or
  •  the China Number having expired, according to CMCC database, before bundling is contemplated; or
  • an outstanding payment in CMCC account for China Number to be bundled; or
  • the China Number being not registered with the Guangdong CMCC at the time bundling is contemplated; or
  •  the China Number having been allocated to 1CMN service provided by CMHK or all other operators except CMCC; or
  • if CMCC is of the opinion that the information provided by Customer in respect of the China Number is inaccurate.
  1. Customer agrees and undertakes that once the China Number and HK Number are bundled successfully,
  • if Customer unilaterally demands a removal or termination of the China Number service, the 1CMN service will be forthwith terminated and CMHK shall be entitled to treat such demand as a breach of this Agreement whereupon the China Number shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC immediately;
  • if Customer demands or requests a change of the China Number but retaining the 1CMN service, and if such demand or request is accepted by CMCC, a handling charge will be levied whereupon the original China Number shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC immediately;
  • if Customer demands or requests a porting of the HK Number to another operator, the 1CMN service will be forthwith terminated whereupon the China Number shall be surrendered and returned to CMCC immediately;
  •  any request of re-allocation of the China Number or any other China Number made after the surrender and return of the China Number to CMCC will be subject to CMCC’s entire discretion; and
  • Under no circumstances shall CMHK be held responsible or liable for any loss arising from such surrender and return.
  1. Customer acknowledges that the CMHK has been duly authorized by CMCC to collect all charges and fees in respect the China Number in the course of CMCC providing 1CMN service. All such fees or charges due will be shown on CMHK invoice for payment by Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions herein contained and contained in the General Contract.
  2. The China Number will at any time be subject to forfeiture if in the reasonable opinion of CMCC or CMHK that the declaration made by the Customer herein on his being the registered user of the China Number is false or untrue. Under no circumstances shall CMHK be held responsible or liable for any loss arising from such forfeiture.
  1.  In addition to the foregoing, the Customer also agrees to and accepts the following which are applicable to the 1CMN service:
  • The 1CMN Service may be temporarily de-activated upon Customer's request provided that all terms and conditions of set out in this Agreement shall remain applicable to and binding on the Customer and Customer shall remain liable to pay all monthly service charges for the Service Plan regardless of the status of the service, activated or deactivated;
  • To be eligible for subscribing for 1CMN Service, Customer will be required to subscribe for CMHK “IDD Service” / “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” and “Roaming Service” at the same time and to enter into the relevant supplementary agreements from time to time prescribed by CMHK. In any event, neither CMHK nor CMCC shall be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage, consequential or direct, suffered or arising from any disputes or litigations in connection with the deactivation of the 1CMN Service, CMHK “IDD Service’’ / “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” and/or ‘‘Roaming Service”;
  •  While the 1CMN Service and CMHK “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” should co-exist, Customer who subscribes for 1CMN Service are at the same time deemed to have agreed to subscribe for CMHK “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” subject to the prevailing terms and conditions. If the 1CMN Service is for any reason cancelled, suspended or terminated, CMHK “Hong Kong IDD001 & China Roaming IDD Service” will be cancelled, suspended and terminated automatically without notice or compensation to Customer, in which event, the normal roaming tariff at the then prevailing rate will be charged to and payable bythe Customer, even in the 1CMN service regions. In such circumstances the Customer shall have no right to claim against CMCC or CMHK for any loss or damages as a result of the cancellation, suspension or termination or otherwise;
  • By subscribing for 1CMN Service, Customer is entitled to enjoy “Hong Kong Ringback Tone Service” for free. This free offer will be forthwith terminated if the 1CMN Service is for any reason cancelled, suspended or terminated and the “Hong Kong Ringback Tone Service” will forthwith become chargeable at CMHK then prevailing rate; and
  • Customer acknowledges and accepts that the provision or quality of roaming-related value-added services will be dependent on the extent of support available from local network operator.
  1. This Agreement which primarily governs the 1CMN service is supplemental to the terms and conditions contained in the General Contract and shall be read and construed in conjunction with the General Contract.
  2. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR and parties shall submit themselves to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement of all disputes.
