Google Play Consumer Rebate Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)
1.“CMHK” means China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited 中國移動香港有限公司.
2.The Google Play Consumer Rebate (the “Promotion”) shall commence from 9 September 2019 to 30 November 2019 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
3.The Promotion is only available to new or existing customers who subscribe to CMHK post-paid service plans or contracts with purchase of a selected Android mobile phone* (the “Eligible Customer”).
4.The Eligible Customer must activate the subscribed mobile service and enable “中國移動香港 China Mobile HK” Direct Carrier Billing (“DCB”) service under Google Play from an Android mobile phone during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, in the context of these Terms, CMHK DCB shall mean Google Play purchases made and charged to an Eligible Customer’s CMHK account.
5.The Promotion is limited to the first 7,500 Eligible Customers (i.e. on a first-come, first-served basis).
6.The Promotion offers two types of rebates: "Google Play Rebate" and "Google One Rebate" (collectively, the “Rebates”).
7."Google Play Rebate" details:
i.The rebate is only applicable to purchases made by the Eligible Customer on Google Play via the CMHK DCB service during the current monthly billing cycle.
ii.Each Eligible Customer is entitled up to HK$78 rebate per month up to HK$234 for the entire Promotion Period.
iii.The rebate is limited to the first three billing months of the Eligible Customer’s monthly service plan or contracts. During the first billing month, the Eligible Customer is entitled up to HK$78 even if it is not a complete billing month.
8."Google One Rebate" details:
i.The rebate refers to the Google One subscription fees during the current monthly billing cycle.
ii.Each Eligible Customer is entitled up to HK$15 rebate per month up to HK$45 for the entire Promotion Period.
iii.The rebate is limited to the first three billing months upon subscription activation. During the first billing month, the Eligible Customer is entitled up to HK$15 even if it is not a complete billing month.
9.The Rebates will be credited into the Eligible Customer's CMHK account within 90 days post-transaction (the "Credit Period") and such credits can be used to offset any amount payable under the same account.
10.Any unused monthly rebate entitlement will expire at the end of each month and cannot be carried forward to the next month.
11.If the Eligible Customer subscribes to a multi-user Share Service Plan, the rebate shall only apply to the spending of the primary SIM card.
12.The Rebates will be null and void if the monthly plan or relevant CMHK account of the Eligible Customer is terminated for any reason within the Credit Period and in such event CMHK shall have the right to debit or deduct any deposited rebate from the CMHK account of the Eligible Customer (if applicable).
13.The Rebates shall not be transferrable to any third party or exchangeable for cash.

15.CMHK reserves the right to change or terminate the Promotion and/or the offers and to amend the Terms at any time without prior notice. CMHK shall have the right to the final decision in case of any dispute.
16.The Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
17.The English version of the Terms shall prevail over the Chinese version.
