• Customers can enjoy a 7-day handset damage replacement service on any handsets purchased at CMHK, with conditions as follows:
  • Customers must replace the handset within 7 days of purchase at CMHK Customer Care Centre
  • The returned handsets must be in its original packing, together with the accessories and user manual in good and proper condition
  • CMHK will examine the returned handset, and reserves the right to decline replacement of defective handset or accessories or any part thereof caused by :
    1. Undue damage; or
    2. Negligence, omission or mishandling of handset or accessories; or
    3. Alteration of repair made without authorization of CMHK.
• Individual handset suppliers (with the remark of "#" shown above) also offer 7-day handset damage replacement service. Please refer to the above repairing addresses, and please contact the individual suppliers in advance for details of their replacement services.
