Campaign Details

From 4 November 2019 until 29 February 2020 (Hong Kong time) (“Campaign Period”). During the Campaign Period, Eligible Customers*, who invite friends to pay for the current monthly service plan bill successfully via MyLink, will receive up to 10,000MyLink Points (the “Points”) in the MyLink account within three (3) working days.

*This Campaign is applicable to customers who can register and log in MyLink, including CMHK Service Plans Customers, CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers, CMHK Household Broadband Customers, Corporate Registered Customers (including customers of Member cards or Supplementary cards) and Non-CMHK Users.

Key Campaign Rules

During the Campaign Period, Eligible Users invite friends, by clicking “Online Payment” -> “Invite Friend” to share an exclusive invitation code to social platforms, to pay for the current monthly service plan bill via MyLink successfully, will receive 2,000 MyLink Points (the “Points”) in the MyLink account within three (3) working days (Each Eligible Users shall only participate this campaign and receive the Points five (5) times during the entire Campaign Period, which is 10,000 points). The balance of MyLink points is available at “Me” -> “My Points” in MyLink.

Terms and Conditions for " MyLink Invitation Code to Get More Rewards” (the "Campaign")

1. This Campaign is organized by China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”).
2. This Campaign shall commence from 4 November 2019 at 10:00 am to until 29 February 2020 at 23:59 pm (“Campaign Period”).
3.This Campaign is applicable to customers who can register and log in MyLink, including CMHK Service Plans Customers, CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers, CMHK Household Broadband Customers, Corporate Registered Customers (including customers of Member cards or Supplementary cards) and Non-CMHK Users. (“Eligible Users”).
4.To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Users are required to download and log in MyLink successfully.
5. During the Campaign Period, upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) share an exclusive invitation code via social platforms by clicking “Online Payment” -> “Invite Friend”, (iii)to invite friends to pay for the current monthly service plan bill via “Online Payment” in MyLink successfully with the exclusive invitation code input into “Invitation Code” area, (iv) Eligible User will receive 2,000 MyLink Points (the “Points”) in the MyLink account within three (3) working days. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this campaign and receive the Points five (5) times at maximum during the entire Campaign Period, which is 10,000 points in total. The balance of MyLink points could be viewed at “Me -> My Points” in MyLink.
6. Friends that are invited by Eligible Users have to meet the Terms and Conditions of “MyLink First-time Payment Rewards”. After the invited friends finish the first-time payment successfully via MyLink, the Eligible Users could then receive the Points. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of “MyLink First-time Payment Rewards” for further details.
7. The Points earned in the Campaign:
a. can only be applied towards the MyLink account to which the Points are awarded;
b. have no cash value; and
c. cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to anyone.
8. After earning the Points, Eligible Customers can redeem reward(s) at MyLink's “Member Center”. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of MyLink Points Program for further details.
9. The Points earned in the Campaign are allowed to be used together with other MyLink points awarded under other promotional campaigns or programmes would be valid until 30 June 2020. Redeemed points shall be deducted from the customer’s MyLink account of Eligible Users.
10. Expired MyLink points are invalid and cannot be restored under any circumstance. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Users to check and pay attention to the validity period of the MyLink points earned. CMHK is not entitled to be expected for giving advance/subsequent notifications to the Eligible Users with regard to the expiry date of their MyLink points. Eligible Users can check the details of their MyLink points via MyLink.
11. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matter arising from or in connection with any delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by any Eligible User due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer, echnical or network problem.
12. Each Eligible User agrees to fully indemnify CMHK from and against any claim or claim arising out of any breach of laws, these Terms and Conditions or third party rights.
13. Each Eligible User is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any participant or any participant from receiving reward(s) without notice, reason or any liability to any person if CMHK suspects that any Eligible User may be (i) undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activity ;(ii) using any inappropriate method or committing any fraud to interrupt or interfere the operation of any part of the Campaign and causing any technical problem; or detect that the Eligible User(s) is/are (iii) conducting any dishonest act or providing any inaccurate or false information, (iv) breaching any of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law and regulation.
14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Eligible Users participating in the Campaign agree that any litigation or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
15.CMHK reserves the right to alter any content of the Campaign, terminate the Campaign, and/or change, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
16. In case of any disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make the final decision.
17. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
