Terms and Conditions for "MyLink Winter Wonderland" (the "Campaign"):

 

1. This Campaign is organized by China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”).

2. This Campaign shall commence from 2 December 2019 to 31 January 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
3. This Campaign is applicable to Users who can register and log in MyLink, including CMHK Service Plans Customers, CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers, CMHK Household Broadband Customers, Corporate Registered Customers (including customers of Member cards or Supplementary cards) and Non-CMHK Users. (“Eligible Users”).
4. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Users are required to download and log in MyLink successfully.

6. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matter arising from or in connection with any delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by any Eligible Users due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer, technical or network problem.
7. All discounts/rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other goods or services, and are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable. If Eligible Users have any concerns or complain regarding discounts/rewards, please contact the supplier. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matter arising from the discounts/rewards provided in the Campaign.
8. CMHK shall not be responsible for the quality, safety and legality of the goods or services provided by the supplier in this Campaign; the authenticity and accuracy of the published content, the supplier's goodwill and credibility, and the supplier's actual products or the ability to serve.
9. All discounts/products pictures and descriptions in the Campaign are for reference only, please be subject to the actual products.
10. Each Eligible Users agrees to fully indemnify CMHK from and against any claim or claim arising out of any breach of laws, these Terms and Conditions or third party rights.
11. Each Eligible Users is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any participant or any participant from receiving reward(s) without notice, reason or any liability to any person if CMHK suspects that any Eligible Users may be (i) undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activity ;(ii) using any inappropriate method or committing any fraud to interrupt or interfere the operation of any part of the Campaign and causing any technical problem; or detect that the Eligible User(s) is/are (iii) conducting any dishonest act or providing any inaccurate or false information, (iv) breaching any of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law and regulation.
12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Eligible Users participating in the Campaign agree that any litigation or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
13. CMHK reserves the right to alter any content of the Campaign, terminate the Campaign, and/or change, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. In case of any disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make the final decision.
15. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
 

 

Terms and Conditions for "MyLink Winter Wonderland" –" Charging Factory” (the "Campaign"):

1. This Campaign is organized by China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”).

2. This Area shall commence from 6 Dec 2019 to 31 Jan 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).

3. This Campaign is applicable to Users who can register and log in MyLink, including CMHK Service Plans Customers, CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers, CMHK Household Broadband Customers, Corporate Registered Customers (including customers of Member cards or Supplementary cards) and Non-CMHK Users. (“Eligible Users”). The rewards are applicable to CMHK Service Plans Customers and CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers. Only CMHK prepaid card users and service plan users can get the reward. Other types of users can play the game without reward. Eligible Users are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein.

4. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the “Charging Factory" by (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) Tap "Start" to play the game via the campaign page. After successfully played the game, e-cash coupons will be given to the Eligible Users regarding their final points. (iii) After Eligible Users use the e-cash coupons in bill payment/prepaid refill successfully, the Eligible User could receive one MYLINK card. The Campaign quota is only 10,000 on a first-come, first-served basis. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign once in a day, and no more than 5 times during the Campaign period.

5. During the Campaign period, Eligible Users successfully participated the game and:

i. Get 0-60 points, will receive one $10 e-cash coupon

i. Get 61-80 points, will receive three $10 e-cash coupons

i. Get 81-100 points, will receive five $10 e-cash coupons

6. Eligible Users can receive more than one MYLINK Cards for finishing multiple bill payment/prepaid refill successfully with e-cash coupons. The Eligible User will receive MYLINK cards in the MyLink account within three (3) working days. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign and receive the card only during the entire Campaign Period. The balance of MyLink Cards could be viewed at "MYLINK Cards" in “MyLink Winter Wonderland"

7. For new users (newly registered during the campaign Period) who use the e-cash coupons to finish bill payment/prepaid refill successfully, an exclusive newbie reward will be awarded (the exclusive newbie reward consists of three MYLINK Cards: 【L】MYLINK Card, 【M】MYLINK Card and 【Y】MYLINK Card. The exclusive newbie reward can only be received once)

8. The MYLINK Cards earned in the Campaign:

 a. can only be applied towards the eligible MyLink account;

 b. has no cash value; and

 c. cannot be redeemed for cash

9. After earning the MYLINK Cards, Eligible Users can redeem reward(s) at MYLINK Cards page.

i. Third level rewards can be redeemed with 【M】, 【Y】 MYLINK Cards;

ii. Second level rewards can be redeemed with 【L】, 【I】, 【N】, 【K】MYLINK Cards;

iii. First level rewards can be redeemed with 【M】, 【Y】, 【L】, 【I】, 【N】, 【K】MYLINK Cards.

10. All given MYLINK Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other goods or services, and are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable.

11. The MYLINK Cards earned in the Campaign are valid until 31 Jan 2020. Redeemed MYLINK Cards shall be deducted from the MyLink account of Eligible Users.

12. Expired MYLINK Cards are invalid and cannot be restored under any circumstance. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Users to check and pay attention to the validity period of the MYLINK Cards earned. CMHK is not entitled to be respect for giving advance/subsequent notifications to the Eligible Users with regard to the expiry date of their MYLINK Cards. Eligible Users can check the details of their MYLINK Cards via MyLink.

Terms and Conditions for "MyLink Winter Wonderland" –"Treasure House” (the "Campaign"):

1. This Campaign is organized by China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”).

2. This Area shall commence from 19 December 2019 to 31 January 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).

3. This Campaign is applicable to Users who can register and log in MyLink, including CMHK Service Plans Customers, CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers, CMHK Household Broadband Customers, Corporate Registered Customers (including customers of Member cards or Supplementary cards) and Non-CMHK Users. (“Eligible Users”). The rewards are applicable to CMHK Service Plans Customers and CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers. Only CMHK prepaid card users and service plan users can get the reward. Other types of users can play the game without reward. Eligible Users are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein.

4. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the “Treasure House" by (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) Tap "Start" to play the game via the campaign page. After successfully played the game, e-cash coupons will be given to the Eligible Users regarding their final clawed doll(s). (iii) Eligible Users can view the collected e-cash coupons at “My Rewards” page and use the e-cash coupons by clicking “Use it now” and show the code at corresponding stores. After the Eligible User consumed with the coupon successfully and upload the receipts by clicking “Upload receipts” on the page successfully, the Eligible User could receive one MYLINK card. During the Campaign, each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign three (3) times, and each Eligible User can get no more than 5 extra opportunities during sharing the Campaign to friends. Each Eligible User can upload the receipts up to twenty (20) times and receive the MYLINK cards during the Campaign Period.

5. The Eligible User will receive MYLINK cards in the MyLink account within three (3) working days. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign and receive the card only during the entire Campaign Period. The balance of MyLink Cards could be viewed at "MYLINK Cards" in “MyLink Winter Wonderland"

 a. can only be applied towards the eligible MyLink account;

11. CMHK is not responsible and liable to the quality, safety or legality of any products and services provided by the suppliers in the Offer. The accuracy or reliability of any information, advertisements or contents contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from the Offer is not endorsed or represented by CMHK.

12. Eligible Customers’ personal data provided including names, mobile number, and email address etc. in the Campaign will only be used for verification purpose at the time of prize redemption. Personal data shall be kept confidential by CMHK and will be destroyed within two (2) months following the end of the Campaign. Eligible Customers’ personal data will not be used by CMHK for direct marketing but may be disclosed or transferred to prize redemption centre for such purpose. (“Eligible Users”). The rewards are applicable to CMHK Service Plans Customers and CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers. Only CMHK prepaid card users and service plan users can get the reward. Other types of users can play the game without reward. Eligi ble Users are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein.

4. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the “Treasure Street" by (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) Tap "Open now" to receive two offers: New Customer/MNP Service Plan offer and Handset Offer; (iii) Eligible Users click the button of ‘Use it now to redeem page, and redeem offer in CMHK retail shops; Eligible Users who subscribe new service plan successfully, can gain 【M】and【Y】cards as rewards, and extra one【Y】card; If Eligible Users who buy handset redeeming offer, can gain one【Y】card and MyLink Octopus cards.During the Campaign, each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign once per day.

5. The Eligible User will receive MYLINK cards in the MyLink account within three (3) working days. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign and receive the card only during the entire Campaign Period. This Campaign is applicable to Users who can register and log in MyLink, including CMHK Service Plans Customers, CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers, CMHK Household Broadband Customers, Corporate Registered Customers (including customers of Member cards or Supplementary cards) and Non-CMHK Users. (“Eligible Users”).

4. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the " Treasure Skywheel”-“e-Shop Exclusive Offers"
(i) logging into MyLink account; and
(ii)Via the campaign page of Winter Limited Offer,from now new customers who register to the designated mobile service Plan with 24-month contract and activated their account within 120 days can get a Booster L7 muscle massage gun(Price $1,488), that will be delivered to customer's billing address within 6 weeks after account activation.Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the CMHK Online Shop. (i) logging into MyLink account; and
(ii) Customers who buy designed Prepaid SIM and enjoy offer via the campaign page successfully, could gain MYLINK card reward.

6. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the " Treasure Skywheel”-“Prepaid SIM Second card half price "
(i) logging into MyLink account; and
(ii) Customers who buy designed Prepaid SIM and enjoy offer via the campaign page successfully, could gain MYLINK card reward.

7. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the " Treasure Skywheel”-“Popular Roaming Products "
(i) logging into MyLink account; and
(ii) Customers who buy designed roaming products via the campaign page and start services successfully, could gain MYLINK card reward.
(iii)Customers would be entitled to 1,000 MyLink points and MYLINK card reward.

8. The Eligible User will receive MYLINK cards in the MyLink account within five (5) working days. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign and receive the card only during the entire Campaign Period. 15. After earning the Points, Eligible Users can redeem reward(s) at MyLink's "Member Center". Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of MyLink Points Program for further details.

16. The Points earned in the Campaign are allowed to be used together with other MyLink points awarded under other promotional Campaigns or programmes and are valid until 30 June 2020. Redeemed points shall be deducted from the MyLink account of Eligible Users.

17. Expired MyLink points are invalid and cannot be restored under any circumstance. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Users to check and pay attention to the validity period of the MyLink points earned. CMHK is not entitled to be respect for giving advance/subsequent notifications to the Eligible Users with regard to the expiry date of their MyLink points. Eligible Users can check the details of their MyLink points via MyLink.

18. The points can only be used via MyLink to the exclusion of other payment channels.

19. The MyLink points shall only be applied towards the MyLink account to which the Points are awarded.

20. All MyLink points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other goods or services, and are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable.

21. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matter arising from or in connection with any delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by any Eligible Users due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer, technical or network problem.

22. Each Eligible Users agrees to fully indemnify CMHK from and against any claim or claim arising out of any breach of laws, these Terms and Conditions or third party rights.

23. Each Eligible Users is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any participant or any participant from receiving reward(s) without notice, reason or any liability to any person if CMHK suspects that any Eligible Users may be (i) undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activity ;(ii) using any inappropriate method or committing any fraud to interrupt or interfere the operation of any part of the Campaign and causing any technical problem; or detect that the Eligible User(s) is/are (iii) conducting any dishonest act or providing any inaccurate or false information, (iv) breaching any of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law and regulation.

24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Eligible Users participating in the Campaign agree that any litigation or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

25. CMHK reserves the right to alter any content of the Campaign, terminate the Campaign, and/or change, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

26. In case of any disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make the final decision.

27. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.

Terms and Conditions for "MyLink Winter Wonderland" – "Sharing party" (the "Campaign"):

1. This Campaign is organized by China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited ("CMHK").
2. This Area shall commence from 2 Dec 2019 to 31 Jan 2020 (both dates inclusive) ("Campaign Period").

Task 1: Inviting friends to watch Campaign video

1. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the "Sharing party" Inviting friends to watch Campaign video upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) share an exclusive invitation link via social platforms (iii) to invite friends to watch the Campaign video in MyLink and input phone number and verification code to obtain an MYLINK Card. If the friend are invited by more than one MyLink users, only one invitation link could be chosen and (iv) the Eligible Users who sent the invitation link will receive 500 MyLink Points ("The Points") in his/her MyLink account.
1. The Points will be added to Eligible Users’ MyLink account within three (3) working days. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign and receive the Points twenty (20) times during the entire Campaign Period, which is 10,000 points in total. Task2: Inviting friends to download and login to MyLink

1. To participate in this Task, the invited friends of Eligible Users are required to comply with the requirements of "MyLink Invitation Code to Get More Rewards" and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of "MyLink Invitation Code to Get More Rewards". After the invited friends successfully paid the first bill payment on MyLink, the Eligible Users can receive the corresponding MyLink Points. 2. 4. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the "Sharing party"-"Inviting friends to download and login to MyLink" upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) share an exclusive invitation link via social platforms (iii) to invite friends to download and register MyLink successfully. The eligible User will receive 500 MyLink Points (the "Points") in the MyLink account within three (3) working days. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign and receive the Points 20 times at maximum during the entire Campaign Period, which is 10,000 points in total. (iv)The invited friend can receive 2,000 points right after successful registration. If the friend are invited by more than one MyLink users, only one invitation link could be chosen. (“Eligible Users”).
4. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Users are required to download and log in MyLink.
5. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) take part in games in Campaign areas to collect MYLINK Cards. (iii) Eligible Users can redeem rewards by combining different MYLINK Cards in the users’ collection. During the Campaign, each Eligible User can only redeem the reward once; the collected MYLINK Cards could be viewed at MYLINK Cards.
6. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can send MYLINK Cards to friends upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) click the “Present Friends” button on MyLink Cards page and input friend’s 8-digit phone number. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can send at most 3 MYLINK Cards to three different friends or collect at most 3 MYLINK Cards from three different friends.
7. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can exchange the MYLINK Cards upon (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) click the MYLINK Cards on MYLINK Cards page to card-exchange page. (iii) Eligible Users can use 3 identical MYLINK Cards to exchange for any other MYLINK Cards. The collected MYLINK Cards could be viewed in MYLINK Cards page。
8. The MYLINK Cards earned in the Campaign:
a. can only be applied towards the eligible MyLink account;
b. has no cash value; and

This Campaign is applicable to Users who can register and log in MyLink, including CMHK Service Plans Customers, CMHK Prepaid SIM Customers, CMHK Household Broadband Customers, Corporate Registered Customers (including customers of Member cards or Supplementary cards) and Non-CMHK Users. (“Eligible Users”).
4. During the Campaign, Eligible Users can participate the "Space Adventure”-" (i) logging into MyLink account; and (ii) Tap "Download now" to download and install beta version via the campaign page. Log in with your account to test successfully, and you could receive one MYLINK card. (iii) Eligible Users experience MyLink new version and submit at least 3 feedbacks on different pages/functions successfully in the campaign page. You could receive one MYLINK card. The Campaign quota is only 10,000 on a first-come, first-served basis. Each Eligible Users shall only participate this Campaign.

5. Eligible Users can download and install MyLink Beta Version (V 7.0.0) via the campaign page, log in with your account and password. Please note that your operation in the beta version will connect to your actual account. Each Eligible Users is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions herein.
6. The Eligible User will receive MYLINK cards in the MyLink account within three (3) working days.
