Introduction

From 11 Apr 2019 at 10:00 until 30 Jun 2019 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time), designated CMHK customers1 can get 3000 MyLink points after downloading and logging into MyLink successfully.


1. Designated CMHK customers include:
Existing CMHK customers who are subscribing to designated service plans and have never logged into MyLink before the commencement date of the Campaign. Not applicable to Corporate Registered Customers (Corporate Staffs excluded), Member cards or supplementary cards.  

Remark: All offers in this Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with the promotion offers of "Happily enjoy the welcome offer together" program.

Participation Flow

  • Step 1: Eligible customers login MyLink
  • Step 2: Click "Redeem Now" after successful login.
  • Step 3: Enter "MyLink New Comer Special Delights" page, read and agree the relevant terms and conditions, press "Redeem Now".
  • Step 4: Successfully redeem MyLink Points
  • Step 5: Click “Confirm” to check MyLink Points and Rewards.
  • Step 6:Press “Points Records” to check details.

 

 

Terms and Conditions for "MyLink New comer Special Delights ' Login for Unstoppable Fun and Points' " (the "Campaign"):

  1. The Campaign shall commence from 11 Apr 2019 at 10:00 until 30 Jun 2019 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) (“Campaign Period”).
  2. The Campaign is applicable to customers of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”) who subscribe to any CMHK service plans and have never logged into MyLink mobile application (“MyLink”) before the commencement date of the Campaign. The Campaign is not applicable to Corporate Registered Customers (Corporate Staff excluded), Member cards or supplementary cards (“Designated Customer(s)”).
  3. Each Designated Customer could receive 3000 MyLink points (“3000 Points”) after logging into MyLink and press “Redeem Now” during the Campaign Period. Each Designated Customer can only get 3000 Points once in the Campaign Period. The balance of MyLink points could be checked on the page of “Me – MyLink Member Center” in MyLink.
  4. The 3000 Points earned in the Campaign can only be applied towards the mobile account to which the points are awarded.
  5. The 3000 Points earned in the Campaign cannot be redeemed for cash or, transferred.
  6. To participate in the Campaign, Designated Customers must download MyLink, agree to the relevant terms and conditions and ensure the accuracy of the information provided, and then log into MyLink and press “Redeem Now” to get the 3000 Points.
  7. After redeeming the 3000 Points, Designated Customer could redeem reward(s) at MyLink's "Member Center". Please refer to the terms and conditions of MyLink Points Program for further details. The 3000 Points earned in the Campaign are allowed to be used together with MyLink points awarded under other promotional campaign(s) or programme(s) and are valid until 31 December 2019.
  8. MyLink points that have been redeemed for rewards or points that are no longer valid after the expiration of the validity period will not be refunded under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the Designated Customers to check and pay attention to the validity period of the points earned; CMHK will not be responsible for giving advance/subsequent notifications to Designated Customers with regard to the expiry date of their MyLink points. Designated Customers can check the details of their MyLink points via MyLink.
  9. All offers in this Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with the promotion offers of "Happily enjoy the welcome offer together" program.
  10. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matter arising from or in connection with the delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by Designated Customers due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problem.
  11. Each Designated Customer agrees to fully indemnify and indemnify CMHK from and against any claim or claim arising out of any breach of any Terms and Conditions, laws or third party rights.
  12. Each Designated Customer participating in the Campaign is deemed to have read and agreed these Terms and Conditions. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of Designated Customer(s) to participate in the Campaign or receiving reward(s) without notice, reason or any liability to any person if CMHK suspect that Designated Customer(s) is/are (i) undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activity, (ii) using any inappropriate method or committing any fraud to interrupt or interfere the operation of any part of the Campaign and causing any technical problem, or detect that the Designated Customer(s) is/are (iii) conducting any dishonest act or providing any inaccurate or false information, (iv) breaching any of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law and regulation.
  13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Designated Customers participating in the Campaign agree that any litigation or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
  14. CMHK reserves the right to alter any content of the Campaign, terminate the Campaign, and/or change, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  15. In case of any disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make any final decision.
  16. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
