From 22 January 2019 until 21 April 2019, eligible Customers who successfully subscribe to the Eligible Service Plans* will receive 24 Payment e-Cash Coupons (“e-Cash Coupon”) of HK$10 face value each within 30 working days after subscribed Eligible Service Plan activated. The said e-Cash Coupon could be used for bill payment of Eligible Service Plans via MyLink App. Terms and conditions apply.

*This Campaign is applicable to CMHK customers who subscribe to 24-month contract of 4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan 6GB/8GB/12GB/20GB/50GB , Bay Area Service Plan 1GB/3GB/6GB/10GB/20GB , Supreme Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB , 4.5G Share Service Plan 20GB/30GB/50GB , School 4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan 5GB/10GB (“Eligible Service Plans”). The Eligible Service Plans are not applicable to Corporate Registered Customers (Corporate Staff excluded); and Member cards or supplementary cards.

  • Step 1: Go to "Me" > "My e-Cash Coupon" to check the redeemed e-Cash Coupon after logging in
  •     Step 2: Press "Redeem Now" to enjoy the offer
  •     Step 3: Enter payment amount and use the e-Cash Coupon for bill payment
  •     Step 4: Transaction completed

 


 

Terms and Conditions for “Happily enjoy the welcome offer together” (the “Campaign”):

  1. This Campaign is organized by China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”).
  2. This Campaign shall commence on 22 January 2019 at 00:00 a.m. until 21 April 2019 at 23:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time) (“Campaign Period”).
  3. This Campaign is applicable to new customers who subscribe to 24-month agreement of 4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan 6GB/8GB/12GB/20GB/50GB , Bay Area Service Plan 1GB/3GB/6GB/10GB/20GB , Supreme Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB , 4.5G Share Service Plan 20GB/30GB/50GB , School 4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan 5GB/10GB (“Eligible Service Plans”), which are required to activate on or before 31 August, 2019 (“Eligible Customers”).
  4. Eligible Customers who successfully subscribe to the Eligible Service Plans will receive 24 Payment e-Cash Coupons of HK$10 face value each within 30 working days after the Eligible Service Plan activated. The said e-Cash Coupon could only be used for bill payment of Eligible Service Plans via MyLink App.
  5. For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Customers must log into MyLink to use e-Cash Coupons.
  6. Eligible Customers can check the redeemed e-Cash Coupons in the page of “My e-Cash Coupon”in MyLink .
  7. Upon a single service plan bill payment of net billing amount of HK$50 or above via MyLink, Eligible Customers can enjoy HK$10 instant discount with each e-Cash Coupon. Each transaction can only use one e-Cash Coupon.
  8. Eligible Customers could only redeem 24 e-Cash Coupons during the Campaign Period. Each e-Cash Coupon is valid for 60 days and will be activated one by one in the next 24 months from the date of issue.
  9. The e-Cash Coupons are not applicable for other payment channel of CMHK.
  10. The e-Cash Coupon shall be invalid after the expiry date as shown on the e-Cash Coupons. Expired e-Cash Coupons will not be reissued.
  11. The e-Cash Coupons can only be applied towards the respective mobile account(s) of the Eligible Customer.
  12. All e-Cash Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other goods or services, and are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  13. Entitlement to the e-Cash Coupons and eligibility of customers to participate in this Campaign shall be determined by CMHK at its sole discretion.
  14. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify any customer from participating in this Campaign, forfeit his/her entitlement to the e-Cash Coupons, cancel the relevant transaction and/or take legal actions against the relevant customer should there be any violation of these Terms and Conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the participation of this Campaign.
  15. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by Eligible Customers due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems.
  16. CMHK reserves the right to alter any contents of this Campaign, terminate this Campaign, and/or change, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  17. Each Eligible Customer participating in this Campaign is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  18. In case of any dispute regarding any matter of this Campaign, CMHK reserves the right to make any final decisions.
  19. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
