Eligible Customers Participation and Reward
Existing Prepaid SIM Cards customers (excluding customers of Kabayan, Rekanan, Teman, My Friend Prepaid SIM Card and MySim mobile service) Upon one-off top up refill value of $100 or above (excluding refill voucher) to a single account of Prepaid SIM Cards, each Eligible Customer is eligible for one shake out chance via MyLink during the Campaign Period. Participation Flow

Terms and Conditions for “MyLink Refill Shake Out Reward” (Round 2) (the “Campaign”):

  1. The Campaign commences on 28 January 2019 at 10:00 until 25 April 2019 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) (both days inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
  2. This Campaign is only applicable to existing Prepaid SIM Cards customers (excluding customers of Kabayan, Rekanan, Teman, My Friend Prepaid SIM Card and MySim mobile service) (“Eligible Customers”) of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”).
  3. Upon one-off top up refill value of $100 or above (excluding refill voucher) to a single account of Prepaid SIM Cards, each Eligible Customer is eligible for one shake out chance via MyLink during the Campaign Period. Under such circumstance, each Eligible Customer is eligible for one shake out chance to randomly get $0/$5/$10/$50/$100 refill bonus (“Refill Offers”).
  4. All Refill Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
  5. The Refill Offers can only be applied towards the mobile account of each Eligible Customer which the Refill Offers are awarded to.
  6. Every time the Prepaid SIM Card is refilled, the stored value validity period will be automatically extended starting from the date of refill (Refill under $50 will be automatically extended the stored value validity period to 30 days; and $50 or above will be automatically extended the stored value validity period to 180 days). If the original validity period is longer, then the original validity period will prevail.
  7. Eligible Customers can enter "Lucky Draw Record" of MyLink App to view the awarded refill bonus.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, Refill Offers under Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other Refill Campaign Offers.
  9. Employees of CMHK are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  10. Under no circumstances will any refill value be refunded, transferred or exchanged for any other goods. Entitlement to the Refill Offers and eligibility of an Eligible Customer to the Campaign shall be determined by CMHK at its sole discretion. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify the participant from participating in this CMHK and forfeit his/her entitlement to the Refill Offers should there be any violation of these Terms and Conditions and to take legal actions in respect of any disruption caused to this Campaign.
  11. CMHK shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by Eligible Customers due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems.
  12. CMHK shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, claims, proceedings (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) incurred or suffered by the Eligible Customer as a result of his/her participation in the Campaign.
  13. Each Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify and hold CMHK harmless from all claims or demands in connection with his/her breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or his/her violation of any law or rights of a third party.
  14. CMHK has the discretion to refuse the entitlement of any Eligible Customer and claim compensation if CMHK suspects the Eligible Customer (i) is undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activities, (ii) is using inappropriate method or committing fraud to interrupt operation and interfere any part of the Campaign, causing technical problems, or detects (iii) any dishonest conduct, false or inaccurate information provided or (iv) any breaches of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law or regulation, without notice or reason, and without any liability to any person.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the Eligible Customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts for any actions or claims arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign.
  16. Each Eligible Customer participating in the Campaign is deemed to have read and agreed these Terms and Conditions.
  17. In case of any dispute, CMHK reserves the right to make any final decisions.
  18. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
