“Supreme” Service Plan
- "Flexi-up service" ("The Service") is only applicable to "Supreme" - Greater China Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB and "Supreme" - Asia Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB existing subscriber and not applicable to data only plan, sub-SIM accounts or other data sharing plans.
- Upon successful activation of “The Service”, a confirmation SMS will be sent to customer and the data usage in designated countries/ destinations will be counted into the service plan data entitlement (“Plan entitlement”) starting on the date of activation for the consecutive number of days for which “The Service” is valid (inclusive of the activation date) (“Validity Period”). In case of dispute on “The Service” activation date, the confirmation SMS records shall prevail. Data usage shall be counted between 00:00 and 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on each calendar day. “The Service” will be automatically expired after the Validity Period ends. For details, please click here.
- Once “The Service” is activated, charges will be billed under the customers’ account. No service charge will be refunded even if “The Service” is deactivated before the validity Period ends.
- Data roaming usage is available in designated countries/regions and only available to designated roaming service operators only. Data roaming usage shall not be applicable to usage on tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) upload and download, including Bit-Torrent etc.
- Only applicable to new customers who subscribe to a designated “Supreme” Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB for 24 months, customers can enjoy 2 months monthly fee waiver. MNP customers shall successfully porting-in to the CMHK network 120 days upon signing the contract. This offer valid until further notice.
- Only applicable to new customers who subscribe to a designated “Supreme” Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB for 24 months, customers can enjoy 40,000 MyLink Points for free. MyLink Points will be credited to the customer’s MyLink account within 7 days upon service activated successfully. MyLink Points will be expired on 30 Jun 2020. Customers can redeem reward(s) before expiry date with the credited Points by login to MyLink App at "Member Center" page. - Free “Let’s Talk” – Global Voice Calling VAS (Standard Price $98)(Greater China $0.65/min; Asia $2/min; Global $3/min）
- New customers who successfully subscribe the service plan above for 12/24 months can enjoy free "1-Card-Multi-Number" Service in China ($18/month) within contract period. Customers can use the service after the completion of real name registration.
- Designated Handset Discount is applicable to MNP customers who subscribe "Supreme" Service Plan with 24 months contract and purchase designated handset model. The extra discount is calculated based on the Suggested Retail Price.
- Only applicable to new customers who subscribe to a designated “Supreme” Service Plan 6GB/10GB/20GB for 24 months, customers can enjoy designated quantity of Plaza Premium Lounge Access Pass. Each customer can enjoy this Offer once only. This Offer valid until July 31, 2019. Plaza Premium Lounge Access Pass in Physical Version and Digital Version entitled by this Offer is valid until December 31, 2019 and October 31, 2020 respectively. (each Access Pass is entitled to a single use of three hours' Plaza Premium Lounge service for a single person). Customers can log in MyLink App and go to “Me” and “My Reward” to access and use the Digital Access Passes within a month after successful subscription. - Customers can enjoy an elevated lounge experience in Plaza Premium First by redeeming 2 Plaza Premium Lounge Access Passes . This redemption service is applicable to Access Pass in both Physical Version and Digital Version. The validity period of this redemption service is same as Access Passes.

*Only applicable to customers who subscribe to designated service plan with 24 months agreement and customers are required to pay an additional MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License & Administration Fees of $18 per month.
