MyLink “Double 11 Rewards all the way” Shake Out (“this Campaign”) Terms and Conditions:

  1. This Campaign commences from 1 November 2018 at 10:00 to 30 November 2018 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
  2. The Campaign is only applicable to existing customers including prepaid customers, service plan subscribers and corporate customer with registered HKID, MySim customers of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”) and non-CMHK customers are entitled to participate in this Campaign (excluding customers of member cards or supplementary cards) (“Eligible Customer”).
  3. Each Eligible Customer is eligible to the Campaign one time via MyLink“Double 11 Rewards all the way” Shake Out during the Campaign Period. Under such circumstance, each Eligible Customer is entitled to the designated offer once only (“Prize” or “Offer”).
  4. Each CMHK existing customers including prepaid customer, service plan subscriber and corporate customer with registered HKID will be entitled to two Offers at most. (One Offer from CMHK Gift (Eligible to CMHK Customer) and one Offer from B zone). MySim customers and non-CMHK customers will be entitled to one Offer at most. (One Offer from Featured Gifts (for all customers)).
  5. All Prizes and Offers in this Campaign are limited and only available while stocks last.
  6. The offer of 4.5G Full Speed Local Bonus Data Usage (Total 3GB) is not applicable to CMHK prepaid customers, MySim customers, non-CMHK customers, and those customers who have already redeemed 4.5G Full Speed Local Bonus Data Usage (Total 3GB) Offer in“Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Shake Out” Campaign”.
  7. Payment e-Cash Coupon is only applicable to the CMHK service plan customers. Refill e-Cash Coupon is only applicable to the CMHK prepaid services customers.
  8. If Eligible Customer terminates the service contract or switches to a non-designated service plan for whatever reason, the Offer of 1GB Full-Speed 4.5G Local Data Usage Offer, Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Pass Offer, Payment e-Cash Coupon or Refill e-Cash Coupon Offer will be immediately forfeited by CMHK without compensation.
  9. 4.5G local data service is provided under CMHK 4.5G network. In those Hong Kong areas where the 4.5G networks are not available, CMHK will provide the service under 4G/3G/2G network. The use of designated handset model(s) or device(s) are required for using 4.5G network service, please click here to check devices supporting 4.5G.   10. For the winners of 4G/3G Big Bay Area 3-day Prepaid SIM Card will be delivered to Eligible Customer’s registered mailing address by ordinary post (delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only). Customers are required to ensure the delivery address is correct. The 4G/3G Big Bay Area 3-day Prepaid SIM Card cannot be replaced or refunded due to any delivery loss, delay, damage or stolen under any circumstances beyond the control of CMHK. For any unsuccessful delivery due to any omission, discrepancy or incorrectness of personal information provided by the customer, CMHK will not assume any liability arising therefrom or in connection therewith. Customers are not entitled to request for replacement or any form of compensation.
  11. Google Play Direct Carrier Billing Service e-Coupon Offer can only be used to deduct the purchase amount in November 2018.
  12. Upon selection of Offer, Eligible customers have to agree with relevant terms and conditions and ensure the accuracy of the personal information provided, then press “Confirm” and enter the success page to get the Offer.
  13. Eligible Customers’ personal data provided including names, mobile number, and email address etc. in the Campaign will only be used for verification purpose at the time of prize redemption. Personal data shall be kept confidential by CMHK and will be destroyed within two (2) months following the end of the Campaign. Eligible Customers’ personal data will not be used by CMHK for direct marketing but may be disclosed or transferred to prize redemption centre for such purpose.   14. Unless otherwise stated, the Offer cannot be use with other offers at the same time.
  15. Under no circumstances will all refunds, transfers or conversions be converted into any other product.
  16. CMHK will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  17. All Offers/Prizes in this Campaign cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, and is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable. For any enquires or complaints relating to the Offers/Prizes, please contact corresponding suppliers, CMHK will not assume any liability arising therefrom or in connection therewith. CMHK accepts no liability for any dispute arising from the Offers/Prizes.
  18. CMHK is not responsible and liable to the quality, safety or legality of any products and services provided by the suppliers in the Offer. The accuracy or reliability of any information, advertisements or contents contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from the Offer is not endorsed or represented by CMHK.
  19. All photos, product specifications are for reference only and the details of actual product shall prevail.
  20. CMHK reserves the right to alter any contents of this Campaign, terminate this Campaign, and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  21. Eligible Customer participating in this Campaign is deemed to have read and agreed these terms and conditions and the relevant terms and conditions of each Offer. In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of counterfeit, CMHK reserves the sole right to immediately cancel the customer’s entitlement to a prize without prior notice.
  22. CMHK shall not be liable for any loss, injury, expense, claim or lawsuit (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential damages) arising from the participation of Eligible Customers in this Campaign.
  23. Each Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify CMHK from any claims or claims arising out of any breach of any terms and conditions, laws or third party rights.
  24. If CMHK suspects that an Eligible Customer has (i) conducted or is related to anomalous/suspicious activities, (ii) improper use of methods or fraudulent acts, disrupting or disrupting any part of the operation, resulting in technical problems, Or (iii) any dishonest act, false or incorrect information or (iv) any breach of these terms and conditions or any other applicable law or provision; CMHK reserves the right not to give any notice and withdraw any Eligible Customer who execute the above act and reserves all rights to take legal action against any withdraw customer.
  25. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Eligible Customer agrees that any litigation or claim arising out of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
  26. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
  27. In case of any dispute, CMHK reserves the right to make final decision.
